We would like to introduce case studies of inspection machines, assembly machines, and measurement machines handled by JUKI Corporation. In one case, due to challenges such as a shortage of inspection personnel and managers for visual inspections, the "SE1000" was introduced. This led to a significant reduction in man-hours through automated inspections and a decrease in management man-hours through automatic aggregation from handwritten records. Additionally, there are cases where inspection time was dramatically reduced from 120 minutes to 3 minutes, and another case where it was shortened from 5,400 seconds to 40 seconds.
